Planning a wedding isn't easy. From where to the when and especially the how - it's a blur. When my husband and I first started planning we pretty quickly decided that the most important part would be the photography. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
While my homestead is in Youngstown, Ohio, I often travel to Warren, Cleveland and Pittsburgh for family and senior sessions.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY SESSION?
All sessions include help with planning and styling. Lifestyle sessions include high resolution files via digital download, printing rights and an online gallery. Senior sessions include a proofbook, photographic prints and an online viewing gallery.
WHAT TIME OF DAY IS BEST FOR MY SESSION?
Usually the best light happens around sunrise and sunset. A majority of my sessions take place about two hours prior to sunset, though this varies depending on weather, location and availability.
DO YOU HAVE IN STUDIO SESSIONS?
While I do not have a studio space and most of my sessions take place on location, there are a few studio rentals available in Youngstown. We can chat about your session to see what space is best for your vibe. Studio rental fees are in addition to the session price.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS/PRODUCTS?
Within 24 hours, I have a preview from your session posted to social media because I know just how excited you are to see your photos and share them with your friends and fam. Your full collection will be available within 2-4 weeks.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?
Photographic prints, canvas wraps and heirloom albums are available to add to any session, just to name a few. A full list of products is available in your online gallery!

Umm, can we be friends?
If you’re looking for a person with a camera to show up on your wedding day, take pictures, email you an online gallery and say peace out, I’m not the photographer for you. My couples aren’t just clients - I consider them family, and wedding photography isn’t a transaction to me. My goal is to personalize your wedding photography experience by investing in you. We’ll chat a lot throughout the planning process. We’ll have fun during your engagement session. We’ll get to know each other over coffee, or a beer or ice cream. We’ll probably end up texting pictures of our dogs back and forth and 10/10 I’ll adopt you into my family.
Imperfectly beautiful
I don’t care if there are wrinkles in your tux or if your hair is blowing in your face. The wild, the messy, the imperfect - it’s all beautiful. If you prefer the emotion in each photo versus each piece of hair perfectly curled, then we’re a match made in heaven.

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
A: This will vary on how many hours of coverage and products you want, but my collections start at $3000 for elopements and $4500 for 6 hours of coverage. Most of my couples invest between $5500+ on wedding day coverage, family heirloom albums, artwork to cover their walls at home, prints and other professional grade products to preserve wedding day memories. Q: WILL WE GET DIGITAL IMAGES AFTER OUR WEDDING?
A: Yes! You will receive the best images edited and will be able to print your images at any of my preferred labs.
Q: HOW LONG UNTIL OUR IMAGES ARE READY?
A: Generally, it takes 6-8 weeks for me to finish your wedding images. Sometimes it takes a little longer if your wedding is during the peak of my season.
Q: HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE GET?
A: This depends on several factors (how many hours you book, driving time to locations, weather, etc.). Typically for an 8 hour wedding, I produce around 500 images.
Q: DO YOU HAVE BACKUP EQUIPMENT?
A: Absolutely, yes!!! Nothing can be predicted on a wedding day, and if something happens with equipment, there are backups nearby to swap if something isn’t performing properly. About 99% of my day, I photograph with two cameras. This ensures that if something does happen with equipment on one camera, I can quickly grab my other to shoot so no time is missed swapping batteries, memory cards, flashes, etc.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE?
A: On a wedding day, I tend to shoot a variety of documentary, detailed, candid and posed images. There is definitely a joyful, natural and romantic quality to my work and I always try to create timeless photos.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS TO USE?
A: Yes yes yes! From DJ’s and videographers to caterers, I have worked with some of the best companies in the industry and would be happy to share their information with you!
Q: WE'RE HAVING A DESTINATION WEDDING. DO YOU TRAVEL?
A: If my schedule allows, yes! Send me more information on your travel plans and I will create a custom wedding collection to suit your needs.
Q: DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
A: I VERY very highly recommend ordering prints through me and my professional photo lab, but it is not required. The difference in quality and especially color is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so I encourage clients to let me help with print enlargements! With your collection, you will have printing rights to sizes 11x14 and smaller. If you do choose to go elsewhere for your print needs, I have some recommended printers for you to use :]
Q: DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU AT OUR WEDDING?
A: I do require to be included in your headcount for dinner and ask to please have seats reserved for my second shooter and I. We will eat at the same time as the wedding party to ensure that we don’t miss any of the action!
Q: CAN OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TAKE PICTURES WITH THEIR CAMERAS?
A: Of course! Some of your wedding guests will want to preserve their memories from your wedding with their own photographs, and I highly encourage them to do so! That being said, it is absolutely vital that there is no other flash photography while I am shooting posed shots, whether that is when we’re doing family portraits after the ceremony or photographing the Bridal Party, it will affect the quality and look of my images. Also, many times we are working on a very strict timeline and having to stop photographing while others get their shots will take time away from your professional photographic coverage.
Q: HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?
A: Click here and let’s chat! A non-refundable retainer of 50% and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. One month prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.

I’ve always been a print my photos kind of girl. It’s probably no surprise to you that I have photos of my family printed in quite a few Heirloom Albums. I have valued my own wedding album since the day I got it in my hands. Lou and I have been married for five years now and we have a baby boy who’s truly obsessed with flipping through books and staring at photos of our family.
