Classy, Romantic, Summer Styled Wedding Shoot at the Mooreland Mansion in Cleveland, Ohio

Sometimes I'm really bad at blogging sessions that I shoot for fun or at workshops. This blog is about one of them :P Last August, I attended the Illuminate Gathering workshop at the drop dead gorgeous Mooreland Mansion in Lakeland, Ohio, on the outskirts of Cleveland. I used to shoot a LOT of film in my college days, but unfortunately don't shoot it now as often as I'd like. This workshop too me back to my film days, as there was a strong focus on film. There were so many photographers that incorporate shooting film into their photography business and it was so inspiring to be around that type of energy and attention to detail and technique. I also met so many wonderful people during the workshop and was introduced to some wonderful wedding vendors the Cleveland area has to offer. Ironically, I also got to work closely with a few of my Youngstown photographer friends since quite a few of us attended the workshop - which made me so happy! Accordion Books For Your Wedding Photos

I get so excited when I have the opportunity to offer my clients great new products. Like, REALLY excited! The whole idea behind the wedding experience I offer is to not only get beautiful imagery but also to be able to give my brides and grooms incredible artwork to display in their home. I will admit that albums are my absolute favorite product I offer and they make the most beautiful coffee table book. Canvas wraps and wall displays have been in second place on my favorites list up until now. The new competitor in my product line up is a 4x8 accordion book and ya'll, I'm obsessed! For real though, obsessed. Once Lou and I get our family photos done with the pups, I will be ordering one for our home for sure!!...

Kaylynn & Matt's Fall Zoo Wedding at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo in Cleveland, Ohio

Fall weddings are probably my favorite. From the sunflowers to the GORGEOUS colors Northeast Ohio brings us, I can't help but be excited! Kaylynn and Matt's mid-November wedding brought us cooler weather and an early sunset, but the perfect of everything else made it worth it! I feel like Kaylynn and I talked about her wedding for-ev-er. So when it was time to see everything come together and how much emotion came out from the bride, groom and guests, I absolutely could NOT have been more happy for Kaylynn and Matt. In my opinion, there's nothing more beautiful to see during a wedding day than seeing people beaming with happiness or crying happy tears!...
