Lauren and Mike's Fall Family Session at Mill Creek Metroparks Farm in Canfield, Ohio
It's no surprise that I love watching families grow. It's especially heartfelt for me when a family continually asks me to follow along in their journey and create these bookmarks in their story. Last year, I had the opportunity to get to know Lauren and Mike's family better. They were expecting their first (human) child and we had a beautiful and personal maternity session in the spring. So when Lauren asked me to shoot a family session this fall, I couldn't wait to see that little peanut of theirs and spend more time with them! The warm colors were out to play when we shot at Mill Creek MetroParks Farm in Canfield, Ohio.
Aside from wanting family pictures, Lauren and Mike's five year anniversary was approaching and they wanted to take a little time for themselves to celebrate their marriage, which I am ALL for! I think that is so important, especially when you have started your family and your definition of "me time" or "date night" includes a plus one. You can still see how much they adore each other and enjoy being in each other's presence!
