Ana + Josh | Engagement | Chagrin Falls, Ohio
Have you ever felt like you stepped right onto the set of a Lifetime movie? Because I have. Ana and Josh’s engagement session felt just that magical! Sure, the cozy, warm Christmas lights were strung everywhere at the shops on Main Street in Chagrin Falls, OH. Each little boutique had beautiful window displays, the pine trees were fully decorated and holiday music greeted our ears from the gazebo in the center of it all, which was decorated from top to bottom with pine and nutcrackers and all of the festive things.
Visiting this area is really an experience in itself, BUT, none of this would’ve felt nearly as magical without Ana and Josh. And I mean that! These two are just a pleasure to be around. We talked and laughed the entire session. At times, I even forgot that I had a camera in my hand because it was that effortless. They tried to tell me they were awkward in front of the camera and I just didn’t believe them - you’ll see why when you scroll through the photos. They’re naturals!
I love that we got to spend time at Chagrin, which they frequent quite often, but also at Squire’s Castle in Willoughby, OH, where they’ve actually never been prior to our shoot. Both places are magical in their own right, though I’d highly suggest going to Squire’s Castle in the summer, have a picnic on the lawn and hike the trails.
The best part about this is we get to do this all over again in a few months for Ana and Josh’s wedding at the Grand Resort in Warren, OH! Fingers crossed for warmer weather and a glowy sunset 🤞🏻 I can’t wait!
