Emily and Michael's Summer Industrial Chic Country Club Wedding at The Lake Club in Poland, Ohio

One of my favorite characteristics about Emily and Michael is their contagious joy. From the first day I met them, I just knew we were in for a fun year! We chatted for a couple hours about their wedding, hobbies and life in general. From blushes, golds and greenery to craft beer and good food, I could feel the excitement for this couple and their wedding growing. It all came together July 8th as we started the day at The Best Western hotel in Boardman, Ohio. I walked into a room of a group of smiling, bubbly faces as the bridesmaids welcomed us in. The vibe was super laid back and there were tons of BEAUTIFUL details - my kinda heaven! The girls hung out and drank champagne while I got to work. There was a similar scene in the guy's room - just swap the champagne for some cold beers...

Kristy & Matt's Summer Wedding Reception at the Embassy in Youngstown, Ohio

It was back in 2015 when I first met Kristy and Matt. I knew Kristy's aunt, Shirley, through my time volunteering at the Mahoning County Dog Pound with Friends of Fido. She and the family wanted to gift the couple an Engagement Session while they were in town visiting. Kristy is from Youngstown, but Matt is from Wisconsin, which is where they currently live. The session was beyond perfect, as we explored The Rose Gardens and practiced twirling on the Cinderella bridge in Mill Creek Park. As we said our goodbyes, I told Kristy to make sure she posted her wedding photos on Facebook so I could see those two glowing on their wedding day, since they were planning their wedding in Wisconsin. But that isn't where our journey ends...

Jenna and Jay's Fourth of July Weekend Wedding at Saint Nicholas in Youngstown, Ohio

Fourth of July weekend usually calls for good food, some drinks, hanging with family and friends and watching fireworks. For Jenna and Jay, July 1st marked their first day officially as husband and wife. It only seemed fitting for them to get married on fourth of July weekend since it's a holiday that is very close to their heart.
