The first time I met Shelby and Tyler, it was at her sister’s wedding last Fall. I absolutely adore the Woodward’s, so I was suuuuper excited to spend another wedding day with them and meet Tyler’s family!…
Read MoreI think it's true that the energy we put out into the world comes back to us. Sometimes that's in the form of life events. Sometimes that's in the form of relationships. If you're really lucky, it's both. When I first met Elizabeth and Dan, I could sense how chill and laid back they were, which totally spoke to me. Once we started shooting their engagement session the other night, I watched another layer peel back and saw just how much joy and laughter they share, together. I aim to bring that to all of my sessions, but these two brought it in spades so I just sat back and enjoyed the love and happiness that was unfolding!…
Read MoreSometimes when you're hustling away, you don't see all of the growth and positive strides that is happening in the background. That's how I felt this year, but December is really reminding me how much I've grown as a business woman, a photographer and a person. I went into 2017 with my head down and blinders on. I just wanted to work hard and stick to my roots without comparing my journey to everyone else's. Beyond that, thank you for your friendship!
So here are some of my favorite moments from this wedding season!

I am, too!). I've photographed these guys quite a few times now, and Harper and Zander sure know how to keep me on my toes in the best way possible. Our first session involved matching Batman and Robin capes, our second was a light saber sword fight, our third involved some good ole' fashioned Cleveland Browns gear and our latest one, T.J. not so sneakily tied in some wine and gold colored clothes because they're big Cavs fans like I am. Needless to say, I appreciated the outfit choices :P
