This year has officially become the year of overcoming adversity. Shafica and Jason’s wedding planning was just that. There were roadblocks from the beginning of the year, when we had to reschedule their engagement session several times because of Covid, and then their wedding had to be rescheduled because of Covid. But they pushed through all of that, together, along with their friends and family by their side. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was going to stop these two from having a beautiful wedding! Read MoreI feel like I’m saying this a lot lately, but I’m just so thankful for my job because it has reunited me with people I haven’t seen in many, many years. Like Marissa! We both studied art at Youngstown State University, where we met during our internship. We’ve kept in touch throughout the years thanks to social media, but I really don’t think I had seen her since graduating, which was over ten years ago (yikes!).
