I get so excited when I have the opportunity to offer my clients great new products. Like, REALLY excited! The whole idea behind the wedding experience I offer is to not only get beautiful imagery but also to be able to give my brides and grooms incredible artwork to display in their home. I will admit that albums are my absolute favorite product I offer and they make the most beautiful coffee table book. Canvas wraps and wall displays have been in second place on my favorites list up until now. The new competitor in my product line up is a 4x8 accordion book and ya'll, I'm obsessed! For real though, obsessed. Once Lou and I get our family photos done with the pups, I will be ordering one for our home for sure!!...

When we initially met quite a few months ago to chat about their wedding, and I totally fell for their cute little family - especially when their little baby boy woke up from his nap and flashed them baby blues at me, accompanied by MANY sweet little smirks. I loved hearing all of the happy giggles from that cutie while I chatted with his parents about their wedding planning and all of the fun details!...

I'm not going to lie, I love when old friends come back in my life randomly. When my friend Chelsea connected me to Sarah and Randy, I knew I was going to like them. Then I met them and their adorable son in person and my adoration for their little family started to grow like crazy! They're such fun, bright, kind souls. (Chelsea, I owe you, boo!) We planned out an e-sesh for the Fall and totally lucked out with a really warm, sunny, beautiful November day after it had been chilly and wet for weeks. It was a perfect day to be at Mill Creek Park in Youngstown, Ohio! Both Sarah and Randy wanted little Randall to be a part of their session. They said that they really want him as involved in their wedding process as possible, which totally melts my heart...

Emily & Michael's Personal In Home Lifestyle Engagement Session in Youngstown, Ohio

When I first met Emily and Michael, I couldn't help but notice how bright and bubbly they were as a couple. Once we started chatting about their relationship, hobbies and wedding plans, I was so wildly excited! Their interests and style are totally my vibe and I was immediately SO grateful that they found me! I knew this adventure of wedding festivities was going to be fun.

So when we initially talked about their Engagement Session, Emily had a few ideas for the type of location and vibe she wanted to go for - and guys, that's my favorite! You know why? Because it makes the e-sesh so much more personal for the couple. If we can work together to create a unique shoot, I'm pumped! One thing to note about Emily and Michael is that they love trying new foods and cooking together. So Emily suggested a session at their house, where they baked some cookies and just chilled with some coffee. As soon as she told me that, I was completely on board. So that's what we planned on a sunny, warm Saturday morning. We chatted, I photographed while they baked some yummy chocolate chip cookies and just hung out in their gorgeous home....
